What Lawn Care & Maintenance Really Includes

Why South Florida Lawns Need Consistent Care

St. Augustine grass can grow inches in a wet week, and hedges follow right behind it. Skip two visits in the rainy season and a tidy yard turns into a project. A set maintenance rhythm keeps growth in front of the mower — never ahead of it.

How Our Team Builds Your Maintenance Plan

We walk the property with you, note the turf type, bed layout, and trouble spots, then set a weekly or bi-weekly route day. The same crew services your property each visit, so they know your gates, your pets, and exactly how you like the edges cut.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should my lawn be mowed?

Weekly from late spring through the wet season, and bi-weekly through the cooler months for most Miami-Dade and Broward lawns. We adjust the schedule to how fast your grass is actually growing.

What is included in a maintenance visit?

Mowing, edging along walks and drives, string trimming, blowing off hard surfaces, and hedge or shrub trimming on the rotation we set with you. Beds, mulch, and cleanups can be added to any plan.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. Overgrown yards, post-storm debris, move-in and move-out cleanups, and pre-listing spruce-ups are all available as single visits.

Can you maintain the beds and mulch too?

Absolutely. Bed weeding, re-mulching, stone top-ups, and seasonal flower rotations are popular add-ons to our mowing plans.
